Responsibilities/ Daily tasks you will take care:
- Learn eCAD system / business tool of customers (electronic ELSA);
- Use the business learned to support end-users via Mail (calls in the future);
- Working time:
- July 20: 11:00 ~ 20:00 from Monday to Friday, according to the Japanese / German calendar;
- From August 2020: 8:00 ~ 17:00 from Monday to Friday, according to the Japanese / German calendar.
Requirements/ Desired skills and experience:
- Japanese: level N2 up;
- English proficiency: Basic grammar and communication (~ TOEIC 650 up);
- Having basic knowledge of electronics / CAD is an advantage;
- Experience in working with Japanese customers is an advantage;
- Experience working as a IT helpdesk is preferable.
